The Halo Effect on Decoded Science

Fascinating subject, and especially pertinent for teachers of creative writing classes - writers are, after all, mostly sensitive, often under-rate themselves and can be overcome with insecurity about their writing.

Daniel Kahneman's great book Thinking Fast and Slow, is the inspiration for this article, which looks at the problem from the perspective of adult education.
